Creamier Cafe – Toa Payoh (Toa Payoh Lor 1) JUNE 26, 2014 A neighbour Ice Cream Waffle Cafe in between Braddell and Toa Payoh MRT station. Their waffle has a reputation of being one of the best in Singapore and my personal favourite is their Sea Salt Gula Melaka Ice Cream.
